You have 14 days to return your package from the date you picked it up.
Contact us with your case via email info@theshoebakery.com or DM us on Instagram. We will then email you a QR code that you can show at your local Postnord agent to have your shipping label printed out.
When we receive the return, we unpack it and check that the item is in its original condition. We will then process your refund, either directly to your account or we will contact Klarna and notify them of your return.
We will charge you 65 SEK in return fees and will not refund the original shipping of 79 SEK.
